Because we understand you may need care and assistance during all hours of the day, it is St. Petersburg Pediatrics policy to always provide our families with a live person to answer your call. (Not an answering machine). When our offices are closed, we have contracted with a local pediatric urgent care center, your call will be directly routed to the closest Your Kids Urgent Care to provide services. Should you call when Your Kids Urgent Care is closed you will be assisted by the John Hopkins All Children’s Nurse Triage Line who can either direct you to the Hospital for immediate care or contact St. Petersburg Pediatrics on call Provider. Be sure to follow up with your medical home team.
